Welcome! I am Deanna.
I came to Counselling and Hypnotherapy through a desire to create peace within the storms of life. I have worked with clients who are processing complex emotions, anxiety, stress, trauma, heartbreak, and grief.
I often attract clients who are women seeking to explore their creativity, spirituality or life purpose. I come from the tradition of Transpersonal Psychology and can hold space for your faith and beliefs. I am curious about all spiritual and religious traditions so, whatever your background, I can hold space to walk alongside you as you process. For those who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP) or Empaths, I am here to assist you. As an artist, I am equipped to guide you in Therapeutic Art Facilitation.
All sessions are done through Zoom for Healthcare which is HIPAA secure to protect your privacy.

A place to come into a calm center and grow.

Rate: $120 CAD / 1hr

For those who are not seeking mental health support but are desiring growth, exploration and transformation through either art or transformational processes (virtual only, worldwide).
Speciality Areas: Emotion Processing, Creative Healing, Parts Work, Trauma Healing, Life Purpose or Spiritual Exploration.
Rate: $120 CAD / 60min
