Therapeutic Art Facilitation
I have been working as a Professional Artist and Therapeutic Art Facilitator for over 20 years! Combining this with my Registered Therapeutic Counselling (RTC) practice, I can lead clients to creatively express themselves in various mediums, such as pencils, crayons, pastels, paint and more. We can explore this through counselling, hypnotherapy or couching sessions.
What does Therapeutic Art Facilitation look like Virtually?
You bring the materials to our virtual meaning and I guide you through the steps to create and express yourself. As you develop your work I will prompt you with questions or assist you with challenges. It is not unlike a counselling conversation!
